Do you work remotely or on-site?

We’re primarily remote, but can provide on-site support as needed in areas where we have team members or can travel for special projects or events.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Not always. Many clients start with a 6-month engagement to establish their HR foundation and continue on a 6 or 12-month engagement afterward to lock in scope and budget.

How quickly can services begin?

Most partnerships can begin within 1–2 weeks of your discovery call; however, if you have an emergent need, we can start as soon as the same day our agreement is signed.
